Aere Beauty 5,000 Followers Korean Skincare Experience Giveaway

1. Sponsor

The Aere Beauty 5,000 Followers Korean Skincare Experience Giveaway is sponsored by Aere Beauty, 6308 Benjamin Road, Suite 706, Tampa, Florida 33634. Questions may be directed to notify@aerebeauty.com.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on July 4, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.

3. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, affiliates, and immediate family members of Aere Beauty are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the following during the Giveaway Period:

  • Follow @aerebeauty on Instagram and TikTok
  • Like the official giveaway post on Instagram
  • Tag two friends in a comment on the official giveaway post
  • Complete the official entry form through the link provided in Aere Beauty’s bio

Additional qualifying comments tagging two friends may count as additional entries. Sharing the official giveaway post to an Instagram or TikTok Story and tagging @aerebeauty may qualify for a bonus entry, subject to verification.

5. Prize

One grand prize winner will receive the Aere Beauty Korean Skincare Experience, which includes:

  • Round-trip economy airfare for one person to South Korea
  • Up to five nights of hotel accommodations
  • An exclusive visit to an Aere Beauty manufacturing facility in South Korea
  • A behind-the-scenes Korean skincare production experience
  • A curated Aere Beauty skincare set

Approximate Retail Value: up to $5,000 USD.

Prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Winner is responsible for all taxes and expenses not specifically included in the prize description.

6. Travel Requirements

Winner must possess valid travel documents, including a valid passport, and must be legally eligible to travel to South Korea. Travel dates, hotel accommodations, airport selection, and manufacturing facility visit are subject to availability and Sponsor approval.

Expenses not expressly included, including passport fees, visa fees, meals, baggage fees, ground transportation, travel insurance, incidental hotel charges, and personal expenses, are the responsibility of the winner.

7. Winner Selection

One potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Winner is expected to be selected on or around August 15, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner may be contacted by email and/or direct message from Aere Beauty’s official account. The potential winner must respond within the time stated in the notification and may be required to verify eligibility, complete required documents, and provide tax information.

Aere Beauty will never ask a winner to pay a fee, provide a credit card number, or send money to claim a prize.

9. Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with accepting and using the prize. Aere Beauty may issue required tax forms, including IRS Form 1099, where applicable.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, winner grants Aere Beauty permission to use winner’s name, likeness, city/state, social media handle, statements, and prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11. Release of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Aere Beauty, its affiliates, employees, representatives, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok, and related parties from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

12. Instagram, Meta, and TikTok Disclaimer

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or TikTok. By entering, participants release Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., and TikTok from responsibility related to this Giveaway.

13. Right to Modify or Cancel

Aere Beauty reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, platform issues, travel restrictions, facility availability, or other circumstances affect the integrity or administration of the Giveaway.

14. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify entries, contact the winner, fulfill the prize, and comply with legal requirements. Entry does not automatically enroll participants in marketing emails or SMS unless they separately consent.

15. Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, unless prohibited by law.
